I feel amazing after OYG!

So, back to life, back to reality.... 7 days, 7 nights, and initially I had very good intentions, but this was my 1st holiday in a fair few years, so I went a bit crazy!! Out of 7 days I did 3 gym/workout sessions, but other than that the only steps I did was to either the Sea, the bar, or the loo!!! But...... the best thing for me was, that for the 1st time since my early 20s, I went away with 7 evening outfits which I felt amazing in, and 4 bikinis! And you know why.....? Slimming world and OYG Davina !! Eternally grateful for this community, and I am back to plan tomorrow to shift the holiday lbs.

I love working out!

Transformation Tuesday! The pics in the purple outfit came up as a Facebook memory a few days ago.. I think they were from 2013 when I was almost 2 stone heavier… My weight fluctuated up and down until 2019 when I got into weights, HIIT and changed my diet. I hadn't realised quite how big l'd got.. l've maintained a loss of 20lb since March and have lost another few lb since! I am struggling now to lose more fat from my middle but that could be age or my diet needs a bit more tweaking! But the main difference is how I feel about myself and how I love working out!

Well I know for pretty much everyone 2020 has really sucked! So I feel bad for saying/feeling I had a really good year! Don't get me wrong I was crippled by fear and anxiety to start but then I discovered Davina OYG, I discovered this community, I discovered friends, I discovered support, I discovered how to look after my well-being and most importantly I discovered ME!! So that's why my year been pretty good, l've learnt and gained so much this year and I have the trainers and all of you to thank!

l've lost over 4 stone!

So I posted these on my personal page and Instagram. Just to show people the full body transformation l've gone through. At my biggest I was 14 stone. Since the beginning of 2019 l've lost over 4 stone. I'm still along way off where I want to be, but without this group, without your support and without your motivation I would never dream I could feel as confident as I do right now! Whether you're looking to smash fitness milestones, improve your mental wellbeing, or simply have fun along the way, OYG is here to support you every step of the journey.

On each video page any equipment needed will be shown. Equipment needed includes dumbbells (two filled 500ml water bottles can be used in its place), a mat, a chair and a soft ball (a cushion can be used in its place), kettlebell, mini band, sliders, a step, and a towel. There are also a number of workouts where no equipment is needed.

We have recipes to cater for vegetarians and vegans, and those who follow a gluten free, dairy free and nut free diet.

You can join by clicking the Community button on the website. When joining by the app you will find a VIP Facebook button at the bottom of the Home page. Both options will include the password required for the Facebook group.
