On each video page any equipment needed will be shown. Equipment needed includes dumbbells (two filled 500ml water bottles can be used in its place), a mat, a chair and a soft ball (a cushion can be used in its place), kettlebell, mini band, sliders, a step, and a towel. There are also a number of workouts where no equipment is needed.
We have recipes to cater for vegetarians and vegans, and those who follow a gluten free, dairy free and nut free diet.
You can join by clicking the Community button on the website. When joining by the app you will find a VIP Facebook button at the bottom of the Home page. Both options will include the password required for the Facebook group.
