We are all guilty of not spending enough time stretching regularly or
even after working out but it is important to regularly stretch to help
keep your muscles flexible, healthy and strong. We need that
flexibility to maintain a good range of motion in our joints which is
crucial in aiding your fitness goals. With a lack of regular stretching,
over time, the muscles shorten and become tight leaving you feeling
stiff and your mobility can suffer.
This 4 week challenge is perfect for you if you are looking to increase your flexibility and range of motion. We will be focusing on 4 key areas: lower stretch, upper stretch, hip mobility and back mobility.
