Intermittent fasting is not for everyone especially those who have or who have previously had an eating disorder. If you do decide to try intermittent fasting, keep in mind that calorie content is still important as well as ensuring a variety of foods to ensure good nutrient intake. It’s not possible to eat lots of high calorie foods during the eating periods and expect to lose weight.
