Chicken Shish Kebabs
- 200g chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1 flatbread
- ¼ bag shredded lettuce
- 30g greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- Juice of ¼ lemon
How to Make It
In a bowl, combine the yoghurt, paprika, salt, pepper, chilli, garlic, cumin and lemon juice. Coat the chicken in the dressing and thread onto one or two skewers.
Heat the grill or BBQ and cook the chicken for 10 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
Serve with the flatbread and shredded lettuce.
