Welcome to the OYG Get Out & Glow Challenge. This 21 day express challenge has just what you need to help you look and feel great this summer, inside and out. This challenge is all about preparing you for the summer, giving you the confidence to get out and have fun in the sun this year.

Each week you will join Lily, Daniel and Davina for 4 amazing workouts. The workouts are a great mix of cardio, resistance, core and flexibility and will leave you feeling energised and glowing. Feel like you could do more than 4 a week? Then the 10 minute Result Booster workout will be there for you to do as an optional bonus on day 5.

As well as amazing workouts, we have also included some great tips and advice on everything summer! Where to go? What to wear? How to survive a summer BBQ? We have covered everything, so don’t forget to check out our blogs too.
