Richard Callendar is an award winning trainer who has been a part of the fitness industry for well over two decades and is one of OYG's loved trainers.


Jacqueline, known as Jay at OYG is the Jay of all trades. Teaching a variety of fitness disciplines including Old School Aerobics, Retro Step, Kettlebells, Booty Band Workouts, Combat, Pilates and HIIT workouts.


Julie is a yoga instructor who delves deep into yoga tuning the body to pure tranquility with a combination of movements.The sense of community and togetherness at OYG brings the support for everyone to achieve optimum wellness and peace, and most of all owning your goals!


Sarah is the master of BlendFit. An eclectic approach to training incorporating boxing techniques with Dance, Strength training with Pilates and Barre with HIIT. These combinations are loved by the OYG Warriors as it gets you feeling strong, fit and feeling empowered.


Faye Edwards is known for her renowned high energy and positive influence to push the OYG Warriors to own their goals both mentally and physically. Faye’s Intense Training known as F.I.T combines fitness with a positive euphoric feeling. From F.I.T Jam, F.I.T Combat, F.I.T Strength and F.I.T Bands, together we can get fit and get our groove on, even the stiff movers you will feel fierce and fabulous.


Roisin, yoga and mindfulness teacher at OYG. Brings to the mat, strengthening movements to free your mind and body. Any anxious feelings that may fill your body will be restored. Even if yoga is something that you may not have done, everyone is welcome to learn these disciplines that will transform your life.


Lily is the queen of bringing fitness to the dance floor, with her signature aerobic style dance and HIIT classes.


Daniel Ducket is OYG’s X Fight Trainer. Daniel has been working in the Fitness industry from a young age and is known for his signature X Fights on OYG.
