To work out any where, at any time with Davina, all you have to do is choose your plan, fill in your name, email and password, then enjoy your 30 days FREE membership.
2. Personalise Your Plan
What do you ask to personalise my plan?
We will ask you a range of questions when you set up your account so that we can suggest the best plan for you. These questions will include what your goal is, when you would like to achieve it, your height and weight, and your activity level. This will allow us to give you a recommended daily calorie intake to reach your goal, as well as, which plan you should start with.
How long does the questionnaire take?
Our goal setting questionnaire will only take you around 2-3 minutes. It’s short and easy as we only ask you the questions that we need to know to be able to recommend the right plan for you. Note - you will need to know your weight in pounds - the easiest way to find this is to google your weight with the conversion you need, or to multiply kilograms by 2.2 or multiply stone by 14.
What if I don’t complete the questionnaire or my goals change?
You will still be able to start your plan without filling out the questionnaire and you will be able to choose what programme you want to follow and what recipes you want to eat. You will be able to fill out the questionnaire or change your goals on your tracker in the account section of the website.

3. The Dashboard
What is the dashboard?
Your dashboard is the home of your plan. It shows you your goal, the amount of calories you’ve burned, how many workouts you’ve completed, how many OYG points you have, your workout programmes, your recipes, wellbeing articles, and the Inspire By You section. You also have the menu at the top of the page, where you will be able to navigate to each section.
Once you’ve finished signing up and setting your goal, you will land onto your dashboard (known as My Plan), which is the home of your plan
How do I watch the workouts on Own Your Goals Davina?
You will find the ‘Fitness’ tab on your dashboard once you’ve signed up, which shows you all of our programmes and our workout bank. You will also have a recommended plan based on the results from your goal setting questionnaire. All you have to do is tap/click onto one of the workout programmes or workout bank, tap/click on one of the workouts, then tap/click on the video - then, all you have to do is just follow along with the workout.
Who are the workouts for?
Our workouts are for all fitness levels - from getting started and never working out before, to advanced workouts. The times of the workouts range from 10 minutes to 45 minutes, so no matter how much time you have, you’ll always be able to fit in an effective workout.
What types of workouts are there?
We have over 100 online classes on the platform that are arranged into different programmes. The workout types on the website include HIIT, boxing, dance, pilates, yoga and more. These workouts are set out across various programmes and can all be found within the workout bank. We also have two of Davina’s best-selling DVDs on the site as a bonus - Power Box & Tone, and Toned In 10.
What equipment will I need for the workouts?
Although you don’t need equipment to use Own Your Goals Davina, some workouts work better with equipment. On each video page any equipment needed will be shown. Equipment needed includes; Dumbbells (two filled 500ml water bottles can be used in its place), a mat, a chair, a band / mini band ( a towel or scarf can be used in its place), a soft ball (a cushion can be used in its place). There are also a number of workouts where no equipment is needed.
How do I stream the workouts to my TV?
There are a number of ways you can stream your workouts to your TV: Using a wire to connect What you will need: A HDMI cable Set up: Nearly all smartphones and tablets can plug into an HDMI-ready TV. One cable end plugs into your phone or tablet while the other plugs into the HDMI port on your TV. Once connected, whatever you display on your phone will also show up on your TV. Apple Airplay What you will need: Apple TV and an iOS device - compatible MacBook, iPad or iPhone Set up: Ensure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network. If you haven’t used AirPlay in a while, it's best to resync both devices. On your iOS device, swipe up from the bottom of your screen to access the Control Center. For MacBooks, it is the airplay button in the control bar. Select AirPlay and select the name of the device you want to stream the workout to.
It is so easy to workout from your own home to Davina and her best trainers, whether it’s on your phone, laptop, tablet or TV.
5. Eat Healthily
How much can I eat when using Own Your Goals Davina?
Own Your Goals Davina is all about realism - we suggest you eat 3 meals per day with 2 snacks so that you reach your daily calorie target. You don’t have to starve yourself to lose weight and you definitely won’t starve with Own Your Goals Davina. Instead, you will be eating healthy and delicious meals that help you to stay within a calorie deficit (or surplus), meaning that you will be able to reach your goals easily and enjoyably.
What dietary requirements do you cater for?
We believe in making eating healthy easy, no matter what your dietary requirements are. That’s why we have worked hard to be able to offer a range of recipes to multiple dietary styles, including: Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free and nut free.
How easy is it to make the recipes?
Eating healthy can be difficult, especially when you’re first starting out. This is why we’ve kept our recipes as simple as possible with as few ingredients as possible - a lot of our recipes include everyday ingredients that are found in your kitchen. We continue to create recipe videos for our recipes to make cooking even easier. You can also filter the recipes by multiple categories, including, time, serving amounts, calorie amount, main ingredient, dietary style and more.
Being healthy mean focusing on what you eat as well as exercising, so we’ve had our in-house nutritionist source the best recipes for your journey.
6. Look After Your Wellbeing
What do you mean by wellbeing?
Wellbeing is generally a very overused word but it is the best way to describe the articles on our site. Our wellbeing section is essentially your own magazine, which gives you life hacks to make your day-to-day life easier, as well as insight on the hottest health topics. Articles are written by Davina, our in-house nutritionist, and a range of members within our team.
Own Your Goals Davina is a holistic health platform, as we also offer tips and tricks to help with your daily wellbeing.
7. Join The Community
What is the community?
The Own Your Goals Davina community is an online community open to all of our active subscribers. It is a Facebook community group where our users share motivation, tips, tricks and transformations. It’s a place for motivation and our users have found the community extremely helpful in their fitness journey. One of the most effective ways of reaching your fitness goals is to have someone there to do it with you, which is why our community helps so much.
Where can I find the community?
The Own Your Goals Davina community group can be found by clicking here. It is a closed Facebook group and you will have to request to join the group. Our team will match your name with members on Own Your Goals Davina and will accept your invite into the group if you are a member. If you need help with joining the community, then you can get support here.
I don’t use Facebook - what should I do?
If you do not use Facebook, then you will not be able to join the community group. You have two options from here: you can either sign up to Facebook and request to join the group, or you will have to do your journey without accessing the community group. We’ve found that using Facebook is the easiest and most effective way of creating and managing our community group. You can still use every other feature of Own Your Goals if you don’t have Facebook and you could even encourage a friend to sign up with you so you still have the motivation of working out with someone else.

8. Inspired By You
How does the Inspired By You feature work?
The Inspired By You feature allows you to vote on which features and content you want to see from Own Your Goals Davina. Each week we release three new voting options, which you can vote on to say what you want to see from the platform. We’ve also got a box where you can submit your own suggestions if you think of something that we haven’t thought of. Some of the Inspired By You features and content that we’ve released includes pilates workouts, a goal tracker, a lower monthly price, and more.
Inspired By You allows you to vote on and suggest new features for the platform - we’ve always put our users first.
9. How To Get Support
How can I contact support?
You can contact support through a variety of options - we would first suggest to check our FAQs to make sure that your question hasn't been answered here to save valuable time. You can contact support by live chat on the site, by emailing email@example.com or by asking for support in the Facebook community group. The quickest way would be to ask for support in the community as if our support agents are busy, our incredible community will do everything they can to help you.
