Feeling very proud after only 4 1/2 weeks the difference is so much more than I would have thought. Thanks Davina for this amazing site and the amazing community. If I can do it at 58 with doing a little or no more exercise before, anyone can.
Slowly but surely I can see a little bit of the old me
This is me 2 months post birth when I started exercising again and today 10 months post birth. I haven't done loads as time is limited, just exercising 3 times a week and being a mindful of tired eating and slowly but surely I can see a little bit of the old me.
