Great trainers and choice of workouts, a fantastic platform!I am on long term chemotherapy and my energy levels vary a lot, but there is always something I can do.The different challenges make me try new routines and exercises which I really enjoy. It's easy to login at home and crack on and cheaper than a gym. Would recommend.

The workouts and trainers have kept me going from Jan to well into March. Jay and Lily's booty workouts are uplifting, hopefully in all sorts of ways and the others like the boxing based workouts have surprised me how challenging they are. A new way of achieving fitness and genuinely fun.
