Advent Calendar Brie and Cranberry Twists
- 12 filo pastry sheets
- 250g brie, cut into fingers
- 100g butter, melted
- 50g walnuts, chopped
- 18 tsp cranberry sauce
How to Make It
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees celsius
Place two sheets of filo pastry on top of each other and brush some of the melted butter along one of the widest lengths of the sheet.
Place 3 brie fingers across the bottom horizontally at even intervals. Top each piece of brie with 1 tsp of cranberry sauce and sprinkle over some walnuts.
Roll the filo from the bottom and cut into 3 parcels. Twist the ends of the parcels to seal and brush with more butter.
Repeat this until all of the pastry and brie has been used. Place on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes, then serve.
