- 2 bagels, halved
- 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes or passata
- 4 tbsp grated cheese
- 1 small mozzarella ball
- 2 thick slices of ham, shredded
- 4 basil leaves, shredded
- 1 tsp dried oregano
How to Make It
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/Gas Mark 6 and grease a large piece of foil on a baking tray.
Place the bagels on to the tray.
Spread the tomato sauce over the bagels. Tear the mozzarella into pieces and place evenly over the sauce. Add the shredded ham to the top.
Scatter over the grated cheese and basil. Sprinkle over the dried oregano and place in the oven.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is golden and crusty.
