Berry Baked Porridge

Ingredients

  • 70g Porridge Oats
  • 100ml Milk or Milk alternative
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon adjust to taste
  • 1 Handful of Mixed Berries

How to Make It

Preheat oven to 180C.

Mix all of the ingredients together.

Pour into an oven proof dish and cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
