Blueberry Cheesecake Overnight Weetabix
- 2 Weetabix, crushed
- 120ml of milk, or alternative milk
- 170g Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp blueberry jam
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
How to Make It
Place the crushed Weetabix in a bowl. Cover it with milk and leave to soak for a few minutes.
Next, use the back of a spoon to spread the Weetabix into an even layer.
In a separate bowl, combine the Greek yoghurt and vanilla extract.
Pour the Greek yoghurt over the Weetabix and spread into an even layer.
Dollop the blueberry jam over the yoghurt and use a toothpick to swirl the jam through the yoghurt.
Cover in cling film and leave in the fridge overnight to set.
