"Cheesy" Vegan Straws
- 1 sheet of puff pastry (dairy free)
- 2 tbsp oat milk
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
How to Make It
Preheat the oven to 200°C/Gas Mark 6 and line or grease a baking tray.
Lay the sheet of pastry out on a board and brush the milk all over.
Mix together the nutritional yeast, oregano, salt and garlic powder and sprinkle over the pastry evenly.
Cut into fingers, place on to the tray and bake for 20 minutes until puffed up and golden.
