Mediterranean Hummus Dip

Ingredients

    • 400 grams of canned chickpeas, drained
    • 2 tablespoons of tahini
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • Juice of 1 lemon
    • 3 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp ground cumin
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

      How to Make It

      In a food processor, blend chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper until smooth.

      Transfer to a bowl and garnish with parsley.

      Serve with vegetable sticks or pita chips.
