No Bake Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 200g pecan nuts
- 75g raisins
- 50g desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
How to Make It
Put the pecan nuts in a food processor and blitz until it makes a crumb. Add the raisins, peanut butter, cocoa powder and honey to the processor and pulse until combined.
Shape the mixture into balls the size of golf balls and then roll in the desiccated coconut until covered.
Place in the fridge for at least 20 minutes and serve.
