Prawn and Salmon Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet, chopped into chunks
- 45g prawns, peeled and chopped
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 burger bun
- 1 tsp chilli sauce
- ¼ lemon, zested and juiced
- ¼ pack coriander
- 1 tbsp olive oil
How to Make It
Using a food processor, blitz ½ the prawns, salmon lemon zest and coriander until it forms a paste. Tip the mix into a bowl with the rest of the salmon and prawns and season with salt and pepper.
Shape the mix into burgers and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Whilst the burger is chilling, mix the mayonnaise and chilli sauce in a bowl and season. Then, add some of the lemon juice.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan on a medium heat and cook the burgers for 4 minutes each side until crusty.
Serve in the bun with the chilli mayonnaise mix and salad.
