Summer Fruits Porridge
- 700ml oat milk + 200ml water
- 160g porridge oats
- 240g mixed frozen summer fruits
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar (optional)
How to Make It
Pour the milk and water into a saucepan and heat gently.
Stir the oats into the saucepan and cook gently over a low heat for 7-8 minutes until soft and cooked.
Meanwhile, add the summer fruits and sugar to a small saucepan and heat until defrosted and syrupy. Mash a little with the back of a spoon or fork.
To serve, divide the porridge between 4 bowls and top with the summer fruits.
