Vanilla Chia Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

    • 150g blueberries
    • 200ml oat milk
    • 50g jumbo oats
    • 25g flaked almonds
    • 25g chia seeds
    • 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
    • ½ tsp vanilla extra
    • 1 tbsp honey

      How to Make It

      Combine the oats, milk, chia seeds, vanilla and yoghurt in a bowl. Cover the oats and leave overnight to soak.

      In the morning, stir half the blueberries through the mix and divide between two bowls.

      Top each bowl with the remaining blueberries, almonds and honey, then serve.
