- 140g plain flour
- 240ml almond milk
- 200g dairy-free chocolate
- 180g caster sugar
- 20g cocoa powder
- 80ml vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
How to Make It
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, line a square baking tray with baking paper.
In a bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder and caster sugar.
Using a bain-marie or microwave, melt the chocolate. Then add the chocolate, vegetable oil, vanilla essence and almond milk and combine until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the batter into the baking tray and cook for 25 minutes. Insert a fork into the middle, if it comes out clean, it’s cooked. If not, cook for a few minutes more.
Leave to cool and serve.*Serves 16
