- 2 small wraps
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- ½ onion, sliced
- ½ tin kidney beans, drained
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp salsa
How to Make It
Add the olive oil to a pan on a medium heat and cook the onion for 3 minutes.
Next, add the pepper and cook for a further 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the garlic, paprika, cayenne and cumin and fry for another minute.
Pour in the kidney beans along with salt and pepper and fry the mix for 7-10 minutes.
Distribute the mix between two wraps, top with salsa and serve.
