Richard Callendar is an award winning trainer who has been a part of the fitness industry for well over two decades and is one of OYG's loved trainers.



Daniel


Daniel Ducket is OYG’s X Fight Trainer. Daniel has been working in the Fitness industry from a young age and is known for his signature X Fights on OYG.



Lily


Lily is the queen of bringing fitness to the dance floor, with her signature aerobic style dance and HIIT classes.



Davina


Davina is a TV presenter, author and THE Fitness Guru for 100,000+ women across the UK. Since her first fitness launch over 20 years ago, she has gone on to amass a cult following of fitness fanatics.



Roisin


Roisin is OYG's Yoga Trainer. No matter if you are a beginner or advanced Yogi, Rosin's sessions will leave you feeling restored and relaxed.



Jay


A 'Jay Of All Trades' Jay teaches a variety of fitness disciplines including Old School Aerobics, Retro Step, Kettlebells, Booty Band Workouts, Combat, Pilates and HIIT workouts.

Faye Edwards is known for her high energy fat burning sessions including F.I.T Jam, F.I.T Combat, F.I.T Strength and F.I.T Bands.

Julie is one of OYG's Yoga Instructors. Her sessions are perfect to stretch, relax and restore even the most tired and stressed bodies.
