What Is Carb Cycling? for you
Carb cycling started off as a very strict diet used by serious athletes and bodybuilders who wanted to get more muscle mass, or store more carbs for long-haul exercise like a marathon. Carb cycling involves going back and forth between high-carb days and low-carb days. The idea is you eat more carbs on the days you are more active and working out and have lower days on the days you aren’t being active and working out.
Carb Cycling should be done under the supervision of a nutritionist or dietician with knowledge in this area which is why we have not given you an example week or recipes for this style
