This 4 week challenge is perfect for you if you are looking to increase your flexibility and range of motion. We will be focusing on 4 key areas: lower stretch, upper stretch, hip mobility and back mobility.
On this page you will find everything you need to get started on your challenge. You don't have to stick to this exact schedule - you can do less or more per week depending on your lifestyle. You can even add these to the end of your normal workout routine.
