High Carb for you
There’s no official definition for high-carb eating plans. When following this type of diet, you’ll generally consume 55 to 70 percent of your calories from carbs. The basic principle of a high carb diet is to consume foods which have a high carbohydrate content such as whole grains (breads, cereals, pasta, rice, quinoa, and couscous), Starchy vegetables (legumes, peas, potatoes, squashes, Fruits , Milk and yogurt. Notice that this list of foods does not include things that will have added refined sugar.
