High Carb for you

There’s no official definition for high-carb eating plans. When following this type of diet, you’ll generally consume 55 to 70 percent of your calories from carbs. The number of grams of carbs you should eat depends on your daily calorie needs. The basic principle of a high carb diet is to consume foods which have a high carbohydrate content such as whole grains (breads, cereals, pasta, rice, quinoa, and couscous), Starchy vegetables (legumes, peas, potatoes, squashes, Fruits , Milk and yogurt. Notice that this list of foods does not include things that will have added refined sugar.
