Welcome to the strength plan! This 6 week plan is a perfect introduction to strength training if you haven't tried it before but it's also a great way to push yourself if you're used to strength training and are looking for a new challenge.

You may notice that we are asking you to repeat the same workouts each week. This is because in order to perfect technique, consistently overload the muscles and to work on strength in specific exercises there needs to be consistency within the workouts you do.
