Playlist Creation Instructions

Creating A New Playlist:

  1. To create a new playlist click on the "Create playlist +" button.
    Name your playlist so you recognise it in the future.
  2. Scroll to the workout you wish to add and press the orange playlist icon and add to your chosen playlist.
  3. You will be able to scroll through the workout bank page or use the filters to find tailor your workout choice.
  4. Add as many workouts as you wish.

Organising Workouts Within a Playlist:

  1. Once you've added workouts, you can reorder them within the playlist.
  2. Click the arrows next to each workout to adjust their order according to your preference.

Managing Saved Playlists:

  1. By clicking on the three dots under each playlist image you will be able to rename or remove a playlist
