The Crow Pose Challenge for you

Time to find your wings warriors. This 4 week programme is designed to find your strength, we often focus on just the physical aspect but to have strength we have to have the courage within to believe in ourselves. It is time to build your strength inside and out, to find your wings and fly into an arm balance – the Crow pose. This challenge will build upper body and core strength. Most importantly to strengthen our mindset, bringing this into focus and reminding ourselves warriors we can do anything if we put our mind to it!
