Carrot Cake Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1 carrot, peeled and grated
  • 60g porridge oats
  • 25g raisins
  • 280ml oat milk
  • 1 tsp nut butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

How to Make It

Put all of the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over a low - medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring often.

Add some more milk towards the end until it reaches your desired consistency and serve.
