Easy low-cal pizza
Ingredients
- 80g self-raising flour
- 160g greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 60g passata sauce
- ½ tsp brown sugar
- 115g low fat mozzarella
- Topping of choice
How to Make It
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius and line a pizza tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, add the flour, yoghurt, ¼ teaspoon of salt and 1 tsp of Italian seasoning. Mix until combined and make a dough, then shape into a ball.
Lightly flour a kitchen surface and place the ball of dough on top. Place a sheet of parchment paper on top of the dough and use a rolling pin to roll it out into a circle. The dough should be about ¼ inch thick. Place the pizza base onto the pizza tray.
In a small bowl, combine the passata with the rest of the salt, Italian seasoning and sugar to make the sauce.
Evenly spread the sauce over the pizza crust, then tear the mozzarella and place on top of the sauce. If you have any other toppings then add them now.
Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese melted.
