Mango Jerk Chicken Bowl
- 1 chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 3 tbsp greek yoghurt
- 125g ready to eat lentils
- 1 tbsp jerk paste
- ½ mango, cubed
- 2 tbsp mango chutney
How to Make It
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius and line an oven tray with baking paper. Place the chicken on the tray and coat with the jerk paste.
Cook the chicken for 15 minutes until cooked through.
Combine the yoghurt and mango chutney in a bowl, then add the lentils, chicken spring onions and mango to a bowl. Top with the chutney mix and serve.
