Mediterranean Baked Fish

Ingredients
- 600g white fish fillets (such as cod or haddock)
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp prapika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
How to Make It
Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper.
Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and brush the spice mixture over the fish.
Top with sliced lemon.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
